If you are looking for "loopholes", than the strategy will not work. It will be challenged. If you are vaccinated, maybe a serious letter for a real problem has about 5% chance of working. If you are unvaccinated, than be uncomfortable and suffer. Your dis-comfort and irresponsibility should not be a potential death sentence for responsible colleagues who don't listen to FOX. Stay at home until you are eventually let go.
