just completed first year at AZ, very confused-everyone in my area is so negative! I mean i love my job and i hope for many more years growing into the life i have dreamed of actually living in. so if i see and watch less often and look at the complaints and the looks of the other people looking at me i see in there faces the fear of a world joys and loves and completion of a full life circle...

One year at AZ? You should put in 1-2 more years and look to get out of this hell hole you think is a slice of heaven. The reason why there are so many negative & fearful teammates of yours is because they stayed too long at AZ and now cannot leave.
