Hi everyone!
I'm from Canada, looking to switch from B2B to pharma sales.I'm a former Olympian, so I've got the guts and stamina to undertake any loads of work, but i want to work smart. As I've never worked in pharmaceutical environment, although we've got two close family members, who are orthopaedic surgeons, and myself having two years in kinesiology, I am really looking for an advice from you guys, who have been in the industry and know it all. I know I'm killing it sales wise, but currently i'm on base salary, plus a pathetic bonus, if you outperform the plan. I'm at $60,000 base now and wondering, what it takes in the first year, when you switch? All of you were beginners at some point, i would really appreciate, if you share your stories about making it up there. BTW I'm a mom of 4, the youngest is 1 yo now. So I totally love the time flexibility of the job, which is so family friendly, any other perks?
