looking at Pain Creams!

zero to zillion. Most if not all are 1099. File your own taxes so keep all receipts.

No benefits except the following:
#1 - No manager hounds you.
You fill out your own paperwork. If you hand-in paperwork, you get paid. They will get percentage of insurance reimbursement...pain creams pay very high commissions.
$$$ Depends on the company you work with. 10-20% but be careful of contract.
Know if they are trustworthy/what you sign-up for. Too many companies mean some may not be legit...like hanging onto your paychecks. Must keep good records for yourself.

Good Luck!

It depends on the company. I got approached by a couple of 'cream' folks, one would pay me $90 to $110 per script, which is a good deal. No Medicare. The only downside is I'd have to do some maintenance like making sure the staff knows what to do and where to fax the prescription sheets so you'd have to go to physician offices, which'd be inconvenient if you only sell hospitals. The other dude said he will pay flat rate regardless of what I bring because of their industry 'regulations', pretty sure he was full of shit, it was almost a joke what he was telling me. Needless to say, I told him to take a hike.

Does anyone know how to reach former rep in NYC? I heard he's working for a very good compounding pharmacy. Please, I need to get into this as a side line...do not know when we're getting the ax at my company.

I'm in the business of compounding some sweet facial creams. I am so good at it, I don't even charge for the creams - I give them away. The only drawback is I do require participation for your facial cream. Kinda sucks sometimes, kinda blows other times - but in the end you get your hot facial cream. All my customers are very satisfied!
