Looking at Novo DCS job: Is it generally true that reps are kept/cut based on previous 2 Q?

I heard that there is an ongoing lookback at previous 2Q and at least one has to be in the top 20% and if not, you're gone.... true or not?

Dude Novo is in a crisis with pricing drugs. Unless your desperate keep looking there is a biosimilar that hit the market this year it's going to kill sales. It's to hard to compete in the market with managed care.
