Kowa you are better than this!!! Seriously sending us into the field with ZERO pharmacies stocked, ZERO EMR systems, ZERO marketing materials, ZERO direction, COPAY CARDS DONT WORK HAH and target lists from ancient greece (we already accepted this fate actually)...I mean come on!!! This is just cruel!! The corporate koolaid has been roofied.
 



No kidding ,

No doctor will write a product that the pharmacy cant figure out. A rep cant save every script . Most pharmacies have so many different techs pharmacists etc . Once the doctors office learns that the patient cant get the script .. as the pain is acute meaning right now . The relationship is over .
This is the first time as a rep that I have been kicked out of offices . They said please dont come back until your company has worked out the kinks . We cannot use our valued patients as a test.
 






Amen. i had to resort to showing some tatas just to get a cuple scripts but guess thats what it takes to feed my babies with this product goodness gracious. been here for years and its sad weve been put in this position its not sustainable. none of us have support out here
 












Let’s not forget that kowa substantially raised the Livalo q2 goals for everyone so that they don’t have to pay out a lot in q2 while managers are telling reps just focus on this new product. The company does not want to pay people as they try to keep the company alive. I can’t wait to get the hell out of here and out of this company which will be very soon!
 












Yes - I never realized I signed up for a data entry position, cold calling, warm calling, stocking pharmacies - I was told by my DM to find the “Regeional VP of CVS” and get them to pre-order Seglentis for all the regional stores. What a joke! That is way above our pay grade aside from the fact that it could open up a giant can if worms
 






Don’t forget to send those 5-10 emails per day.
“Where are the email addresses?”
Figure that out while stocking pharmacies.
I catch myself humming the Doors tune quite frequently, “This is the end, my only friend…the end.”
 



Does anyone think the leadership realizes this and are scrambling to find another product? Realistically, there is no benefit with this medication. The study is weak, and I’m afraid a provider is going to want to see how much rescue medication was used in the SPID 48 trial. Relationship sells are not sustainable. Then again, I could be wrong and this will take off next week.
 



Trackers…. Trackers… trackers! These trackers are NOT going to help us. Maybe Kowa should worry less about trackers and more about stocking pharmacies. What a fucking mess this has been. And please for the LOVE OF GOD get us at least ONE marketing leave behind!!!!!!

Trackers are nothing but power plays. They mean shit. And we can have all the pharmacies in the nation stocked, but generics co administered are still less expensive. We have literally NOTHING to prove otherwise. Two weeks ago, the National Sales Director said we were going to receive dosing cards by the end of that week, or early the following week at the latest. He lied.
 



Only way to get scripts is having friends and loved ones fake injuries. Even then it's a battle to get the script. Top scripters are married to docs or have more friends than us all. It has come to this.
 






If we just soar and listen to cheesy top gun emails we can ignore all the real issues .

i truly wonder what corporate actually talks about and if they believe their own internal lies. Just live at a pharmacy guys and maybe you can intercept one of all the scripts not going through.

I do not think that a launch has ever been this poorly done in history of pharmaceuticals . Kudos
