I’ve had increased anxiety attacks over a few months now and it’s affecting my relationships and work. I was good at handling it back then but now, it just got worse. All these because of COVID. What can I do? Has anybody experienced this before?

Maybe see a therapist and learn coping skills for managing anxiety. And, if necessary, see a psychiatrist and have some meds prescribed. Also, do your research on the virus and get the facts. It's basically the flu re-labeled. It's got a survivability of well over 99%, so most people have nothing to fear. Facts.
