Unfortunately, there are just too many of this kind in the CRM industry. No wonder this entire industry is sinking inspite of a 75% operating margin. Too many parasites.

How did Lloyd get the job? I have nothing against him, but he doesn't seem like the right person for that job.

1)Condescending
2)Arrogant
3)Thinks he knows everything, but really knows zero

A typical MBA graduate who thinks he knows how to sell

I think Lloyd really knows how to act the part. He may know how to manage up. One day he will learn how to manage down.
