LLC or S-corp?

Starting my own small medical distribution. Currently W2 w my Ortho company. Any suggestions on wether to go w an LLC or S corp? And why? Thanks again for all your suggestions, good or bad.

If it makes a difference, sales year one shouldnt exceed a couple hundred thousand.. Small scale

S-Corp, it protects your personal assets if you are sued

LLC, S corp is double taxation.

For this type of work, LLC is what my accountant recommended-less taxes!
