The halo effect is a social phenomenon that happens when a person is more likely to assign positive attributes to someone because of previous positive interpretations of their character.

This is Liz in a nutshell. An AZ lifer who is viewed positively and without flaw internally based on previous work product. Can’t lead, can’t motivate, can’t walk and chew gum in the role and is a culture killer. Dime a dozen in pharma when highly tenured at one company. Will get moved around instead of held to account. Indiscretions get swept under carpet as well.
 






Hey Saphnelo sales force. Liznelo here. Yesterday while you were selling hard on behalf of patients, I was on multiple International Womens’ Day calls celebrating my success on the backs of your 2% merit increase you spoiled overpaid, whining, glorified “Biologic Reps” with primary care skills.

Anyways, enjoying my new Hermes clutch and satchel while y’all blew your 2% increase in one drive through dinner at Mickey Ds for the family! Keep up the hard work! Patients at the center!

Indiscretions? Do tell....

As many have said previously, these folks are sociopaths. It just comes with the territory. Do you think Liz's hubby doesn't have "indiscretions"? All day long IMHO.

Getting back to the post above, LB speaks well, stays positive to the masses. Ask her questions that may peel back the layers a little and she will be lost. I've seen it first hand. But I have seen it first hand with many. Just play the game and enjoy the ride.

Let’s just say if I was an orthopedic surgeon like hubby, I would be crushing it too like he is. Ya know toenail polish on the wall above the headboard kinda crushing it. God bless him. Ortho’s can pull tail all day all night. And he does. Liznelo has her fair share but they’re dead fish lazy pedestrian type of rendezvous at meetings.
