Debbie isn't going anywhere. She will probably be promoted to take Lisa's place. She's "protected".

Are you really that naive? She was kicked off, she did not leave "seeking other opportunities", that is the script they always give when someone is kicked off. She went home!

So that's two times they've passed over Debbie for the top spot...when lisa was put there, and now this new lady. They've sent every message to Debbie to leave but just won't let an underperforming black woman go. It's sad. Debbie is a true disaster with no leadership skills. She is what is wrong with a lot of the sales leadership nowadays. This division would be much better off if she was rightfully let go for underperforming and clearly deserving of a 1 in values and behaviors.
