Most of you see him smiling but he is not a good person. He has an excessive need for admiration, disregard for others, an inability to handle any criticism, and a sense of entitlement. The definition of narcissist personality disorder.
 








































































Lionel has a very long track record from his sanofi days of verbal abuse and mismanagement. The arrogance is one thing but it’s another to be intentionally mean spirited, chauvinistic and cruel. His personality is as abrasive as the hair gel he overuses
 






He’s the stereotypical French Exec. He loves the sound of his own voice, believes he walks on water, is the smartest guy in the room and will tell you & treat you as a low level subordinate while being intensely condescending and chauvinistic. His teams are typically all male for a reason. I’m surprised he’s lasted this long. He’s a walking HR violation.

call him whatever you like but at the end of the day, he’s not a good person and treats people badly. At some point Karma catches everyone even those who wear poorly fitted shirts, pointy shoes and hair gel.
 






You betcha Lionel reads these posts so I’m going to say it here rather than to his face and get fired for it because he’s an ass and has fired people for things like not laughing at his bad jokes. Lionel, you stink and have zero followership. I have a feeling you have known this for a long time which is why you lean into throwing your title around so much and getting followership through intimidation. It’s been so long since you were on the dirty end of the stick that you forget but perhaps one day you will get emasculated by your superiors and go through a bad patch and gain some perspective. And then maybe, you’ll actually remember what it is to be a human being.

This is so perfect! I have been waiting for years for LF to get some shit thrown back on him. HOPEFULLY, what comes around goes around. The sooner the better for that POS.
