Limited Sales Process

Could someone with knowledge of the auction of this company describe what the limited sales process is that will be used to sell it?

Is there a starting bid? I start the bid at 10 dollars.

If you win the auction do you have to pay back B+L's debt?

B+L was purchased for 3.7billion + maybe 3 billion for ISTA. Is it then a good deal to buy this company for 6.7billion dollars?

Why the panic selling at this point? I thought it was going for an IPO?

When does the limited sales process end? If it is not sold are they then going to break it up into parts?

I am so sick and tired of field people posting ridiculous theories on corporate activities way above your pay grade. BL bought Ista for 500m not 3b idiot.

Go make you 8 "calls" per day and dont worry about who and when BL gets sold
Good news for most is the buyer will have no or limited oph footprint and will need to keep the majority of BL people.

What a whiner. Does pay grade = social status. Regardless of your paygrade you are a world class loser.
