Can someone tell me what the annual deductible is for the 2 health plans available at Lilly? And is it true that you have to pay for Lilly prescriptions???!!!

Yes, up until about five years ago, Lilly presecriptions were free for employees. That is all changed now, you get a membership to your local gym instead. A wise trade off considering that the company sells a lot of drugs for depression and diabetes, both of which benefit from exercise. There is some method in the apparent madness.

the deductibles are very high, depending on the cost of the meds, of course. YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS ALREADY YOU ARE SELLING THIS STUFF. Soon, exercise and diet will seem to be a very healthy alternative.

My question is how high are the health plan deductibles??? At Eli Lilly "eligible employees can choose among two consumer-driven (high deductible health plan) options which are used in conjunction with a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) or health savings account (HSA) through the Lilly Health Plan." MY QUESTION IS WHAT ARE THE HEALTH PLAN DEDUCTIBLES??? $1000 out of pocket before co-insurance kicks in? $2000? $3000? ???
