Lilly's Biggest Problem

Lilly has a very bad metastatic stage four cancer which is killing it "Management" from the top to the very bottom including most importantly sales. It is a parasite living off it's host (Lilly) becoming prosperous for it's own personal satisfaction. This is an age old notion of business gone bad cause poorly managed, management, management, management and their is nothing no one can do........and the leader has ice water in his veins.

Lilly lacks both vision and leadership. Instead Lilly is being led by those who are trying to maximize their return on a short career at Lilly. The top leaders only need a total of 4-5 years to build a nice retirement nest egg. Most have already reached their goal and are just riding out the storm to add a little gravy to their retirement years.

What's a little strange is that better assets could be had for a fraction of the price.

That is true for the top four levels.

There is SO much possible, really, the sky is the limit.
