Lilly's Biggest Diversity Blunder

The biggest diversity blunder will be the further hiring of only recent college grads for sales. No experience and no relationships! Watch the firings of 40 year olds and over continue in 2016! We heard it right out of the mouth of DN!

People who are younger, and recent immigrants, are easier to control for many reasons.

It't NOT about diversity. It's about molding employees into a single personality type which questions nothing. Do as you are told.

Experience is way overrated in this industry. There are many experienced sales reps at Lilly who have never been that good but are not good enough to be promoted and not bad enough to be fired. Legends in their own minds.

YES!! I've heard that from a DSM that was fresh out of DM training! Is this something that is actually told to DMs during their training? Lilly might want to be careful about this one!
