Lilly Vacation for 1st year employees, serious answers only, please!

Could someone please explain the vacation process with Lilly your first year? Do you accrue one day per month or can you purchase extra? It's a little confusing. Thanks for honest feedback!!
 












The hours per month figure is not exactly right. It should be hours/hours. As an FDE, if you need time off, don't expect to accrue benefits during that time. FTEs look at FDEs as second class citizens, in case you haven't already noticed.

Honest feedback: your entire year as a lilly rep is a vacation...except for those annoying DM field days which are like 1/2 day vacations - so count on working about 6-8 days per year total.

While what you say about FDEs is mostly true most of the time, I would not imply that is true in the future. Not whatsover. Okay, why not just tell them to lie cheat and steal for a job ... it's a slippery slope you are on.
