In a last dig effort to save his company from extinction, the CEO of Lilly announced today that he is replacing his company's failed pipeline with menu items from Taco Bell. At a price tag of $11 billion, the CEO of Lilly said, "Our new and innovative pipeline of tacos, burritos and nachos is just the thing my company needs to become the pharmaceutical company of the decade". As a show of leadership, the CEO will be distributing Taco Bell shirts and hats to all his fellow Lilly colleagues. The CEO also announced that the company's RED LILLY logo would be replaced with a PINK TACO and the company's strategy name changed to CHIPNET.
