Lilly upset that patents for Zyprexa and Strattera were invalidated has atken upon themselves to sue the Canadian Government over their patent policies:

I wonder why are they doing this on their own and not in conjunction with their fellow PhRMA members? Seems like an act of a desperate failing organization.
