Lilly people selling Latuda

Just wondering. I heard that a bunch of Lilly people went over to Sunovion to work on the Latuda team. Can anyone confirm that these were the best Lilly people and they wanted them to stay? Or were they the wannabe cast-offs that wore out their welcome here due to their own incompetence? I think the people at Sunovion have a right to know.

The reps in my area were temps that were going to be out of a job as soon as Zyprexa went off patent. So you basically got reps who were willing to take a job knowing it was a 2 year gig at best. What do you think you got?! If they were any good at all they would have been offered a "real" job after a year.

The fixed duration Lilly employees that Sunovion got were people who were going to be out of a job soon. So it's not about them being good or not, if they would have waited till the end of their contract, there would have been no Sunovion job to take. The other folks from Lilly were top notch (in my experience with SE and Central Region) They were psych reps with a vast product experience, most with over 6+ years experience. The 3 that I know were all at least 8 years in their current territories, and were rated as the best by their customers during back ground checks. There aren't as many of them with Sunovion, because they weren't looking for jobs--Sunovion found them. Lilly hadn't laid a bunch of people off like Pfizer and Jansenn had recently done.
