Its all about quantity and not quality at Lilly. I love how managers keep upping the amount of calls per day. Do managers really believe that reps are making 10-12 calls per day? Everyone is lying. Instead of focusing on quality calls, Lilly forces everyone to make up stuff.

I've been making up calls for 12 years now. No lie. Just make sure the Dr is actually in before placing a call on him/her. Very easy to get caught if you're adding in calls on Drs that are retired/moved/out of town/etc. Last of all, don't tell anyone no matter how close you are to them. Quietly do your job, add in your calls, send a email or two during the week, and be home at 1:30. Easy.
