Who else has noticed this? They aren’t interested in young male reps with tons of experience. That doesn’t fit their agenda. Good luck if you’re older with even more experience. They have programs now to hire people without a college degree and no sales experience. Which is fine but what’s up with the “talent requirements” they are looking for? Don’t you need some education and experience in order to drive sales?

I don’t even work for Eli Lilly. They don’t want experience reps to drive sales. It’s all about their woke factor and “ESG score”. Which I’m sure you don’t even know what that is.
