Lilly displaced reps

With a lot of years of experience (8-10), you MIGHT get $65K. And lucky to get $20K in bonus (very lucky). No pension, no stock, no corporate credit card. Like another poster said - last resort if you want to stay employed to help land another job. Best advice - get out of pharma altogether and expand your horizons. The pharma train is turning into quite the bumpy ride.

No one. Have been here for almost 6yrs and loved it when I first came to ProEthic. Now, not so much at all. Small Pharma acting as if they are BIG Pharma which is a complete joke, especially with the new territories we just found out about. Oh, and the salaries are pitiful. Would only recommend coming here if you are fresh out of college, with absolutely NO EXPERIENCE. That's about the only way you'd think the salary/bonus/benefits were worth a shit.

65 is actually a little bit of a stretch.

Agreed. When I originally said 'maybe $65k' I was thinking of the days before Kowa got too big for it's britches. Heard recently that Lilly reps would get closer to $50-55K. And because they know that the salary is crap, they most likely wouldn't even hire a Lilly rep because they know it would only be a temporary thing. Sad really...

Don't forget after 4 years, you'll be vested in their shitty 401-K plan!!!

I'd like to meet the person who made 30K bonus in the past couple of years.....if you're lucky you may hit 12-15....they change the IC plan every time you start making money so they don't have to go to Japan and beg....

70K +18 to 20 in bonus, 3 weeks vacation, 18 sick days (or extra vacation) free car.

You obviously don't work for the company. You don't make that much in base (to start anyway), you get 2 weeks vaca (not 3), and you don't get nearly that many sick days. If you add sick days, personal days and bereavement, you're getting close....You do get a "free" car, that you pay $110 a month for.
