At this point even a blind person could see that only one thing matters in who is promoted to sales manager and sales director at Lilly. Affirmative action is the only criterion.

This is why ADG will be back in the USA it’s all about AA. She is an idiot.
She is an awesome person that will take control and kick your butt if you are outa sight. ADG really understands your feelings and can solve any problem that comes up. Lilly is fortunate to have her. She will do a fine job with discipline.

Glad to see she is still watching and commenting on the the board. She represents everything that is wrong with this company. All flash and NO substance or integrity. She will stab anyone in the back and throw them under the bus as quickly as she is able to plaster a phony smile on her over made up face while giving you a hug that will make you feel like you are the only one in the world. She can play the part well but unfortunately her lack of original thought and depth of knowledge and intellect leave everyone scratching their heads in disbelief wondering how in the hell she has aspired to the level she has. Most of all, her personal integrity and inability to give others credit for their accomplishments creates a cut throat and very competitive work group that pits team members against one another instead of promoting team work. She is only vested in one person’s advancement and it is hers! Lastly, like so many others that are promoted she bops from one job to another and hasn’t been in one job long enough to accurately measure her lasting effectiveness. It seems personality and likability instead of solid results is the key to getting promoted at Lilly.
