Lilly-Boehringer Merger??

I work at BI- if we do merge it won't be a merger of equals- which means lots of layoffs at Lilly. For your sake I hope we don't. Our pipeline and management team know what they are doing- unlike your company. Plus our sales team is comprised of best of the best- look at our cardio sales force vs. your poor excuse of a cardio sales force.

Lilly's Effient/Efient is not a cardio product IMBE. Lilly marauders will r*pe BI bitches whether she likes or vehemently hates. Mergers of equals will be the dominating theme, but I agree Lilly is a weaker buyer/merger component. However, i guess Lilly may buyout only the diabetes division from BI, leaving BI will roughly € 9B of cash in the hands of germans.
