NO, THE PROBLEM IS, NOW LILLY RUNS THE SHOW. OR AT LEAST THEY THINK THEY DO. WAIT UNTIL PHONE CALLS START BY LILLY REPS, "HOW MANY DETAILS DID YOU MAKE TODAY" AND YOU SAY "I DON'T WORK FOR YOU" THEN THEY SAY " MY MANAGER WANTS THIS INFO BY THE END OF THE DAY" YOU CALL YOUR BOSS AND HE SAYS "JUST GIVE IT TO THEM" THEN IT BEGINS

Yes and no.

No, because with these alliances the contract always stipulates a minimum headcount and call ratio for both companies. So your role is probably safe.

Yes, because as the other poster indicated, co-promoting this product with lilly will fundamentally change you day-to-day on this contract.

Or you just say, I don't report to you I report to my manager. If your manager needs information have him call my manager. Any good manager knows that he needs to buffer you from the BS of the partnered team.
 






What information will these Lilly people want? Since I've been on this contract I've had no contact from my BI counterparts nor direction on territory sales numbers. What a joke!!
