Guys....I heard 3 more good reps already got offers from other companies and will be leaving LW in January. What the fuck is happening here?? I also heard RSD are actively looking before they get fired.
 












Sorry but can't say. If I do, Lee or Executive will fire them before January. These reps already advised CN and eCardio reps to schedule lunches in January so they can get these accounts!

What the F.... We don't have vc patch, VSP patch, or any other good product/services to reach crazy goals, but LW promotes Vogt to Chief Commercial Officer.....I am out of this company.
 












Say hi to Stefan V, your new CCO. Stefan's plan was a success. He let go of all the good & experienced talent to save co. money, he then was able to afford himself a promotion and quickly jump from independent contractor (playing a interim VP of sales for his buddies) to CCO. As a actual LW employee, he can now reap the benefits of stock options and a big pay raise. SV went from being a one man show at auxevo. com to riding the coat tails of the past talent that he let go, with a few of them right before the holidays for NO reason. CLASSY. This has been a interesting ride for us sales reps since SV started back in July. Wow. Congratulations Stefan! GOOD LUCK TO YOU
 






Yeah!! I just got my offer letter. Gonna ride out both companies until the last possible second and enjoy two incomes for as long as possible. Get a little vacation in at the NSM and coast through that week... LIFE IS GOOD. Fuck you LW!
 












I haven't worked since Dec 15 and don't intend to until after the NSM. Can't wait to get a tan and booze it up for a week in sunny Florida. Thanks for the month off LifeWatch. I figure my goal is so high and you basically steal money from me every single month. I deserve "vacation" in lieu of bonus.
 






And this year, even if you hit your goal, you won't make much money. No wonder they wanted everyone in $2M territories... Slice and dice the territories through unfair cuts and unlawful terminations, make everyone take on more they can handle and watch them dance. THEN in the last 10 minutes of the NSM, cut the comp to 1.5% of MB and LifeWatch management struts out the door like George Jefferson movin' on up to the East Side, leaving everyone's head spinning.

Just when you thought you had FINALLY GOT A PIECE OF THE PIE, LifeWatch Sales Reps, you just got a whole lotta nothin. Now dance, monkeys, while I play my calliope. I said Dance!
