Can some one share with me what the culture is like at Genzyme -oncology. What is the avg salary, bonuses?

There are no words to explain how this division is run. 2 new drugs are dying. If Clolar gets aml, it will have 2 limited indications. We need better leadership.

Cambridge doesn't realize that this division is going down hill quick. People are hanging on for the paycheck until something better comes along. More than a handfull are going to jump ship soon.

Onc mngmnt is the joke of the industry. This was a good division before Bayer debacle. It is so disfunctional, there's absolutely no way it will survive Sanofi takeover. The smart reps have left or hopefully have one foot out the door.
