Libtayo flop

The MSLs are moving to HEM - those that stick around and don't get pushed out like some at the top.

Chemo combo is the same issue as single agent monotherapy. Just more head scratching but enter your calls. That should do the trick.

How long until the Libtayo lung reps are laid off

I think they are waiting until the combo launch to make any sudden decisions. They are going back and forth with Sanofi - who is always conservative and wants to cut spend immediately, while the REGN side has more patience for it to take off. They lowered their expectations for lung which paradoxically buys time for mono to grow more slowly while we wait for the combo launch.

They seem to be tightening the screws lately. Managers are making us feel like nothing we do is good enough and they are expecting rock star results but our drug and resources remains the same. A lot of reps are unhappy but I don't think our leadership cares one bit. Not to mention our goals are extremely high. None of us have ever seen so many people way under plan. Sanofi at least has attainable goals.

There has been no mention of MSL's moving to HEM. When are they planning to announce this??? Will Libtayo have any MSL's?

yea - the expectations for lung are way too high. I'm not sure if EB was parroting the Marion line or if he was part of the problem. New marketing guy is much more reasonable but he has to show some potential for lung before giving up on it.

I believe expectations came from the top (Len and George), EB was probably Marion's fall guy. That said, EB only managed up and the job was simply too big for him. Justin might show some promise, but time will tell

Justin knows he is coming for a salvage job - I think he is pretty clear-eyed about it. If he has to pull the plug on lung and pivot to LAG 3/CSCC Intralesional he will be decisive I think/hope.

Please elaborate. The LAG 3 is in phase 1 according to our pipeline on our website. It is years away so how can he pivot to the LAG 3?
