Any hospital that signs that is making a huge mistake. Going to be interesting to see the reaction of hospital administration when that form is put in front of them.

Not the OP, but I would have to ask - how bad is a hospital if they would entertain signing this letter JUST to avoid going to a competitive product and taking on that risk and liability. I don't know too many Purchasing/Compliance/Legal hospital departments that are truly that stupid. Granted there are some real simple Purchasing folks out there but even those will have difficulties signing this.

So let me understand this, S&N guy. You guys got the business by in a few hospitals that bought your message of "NPWT is all the same, there ARE other options out there, and we're less expensive." Now, you want the hospitals to take on liability by signing a letter saying, "There are NOT other options out there." Real ethical. Not to mention under reporting adverse events and reps continuing to promote Renasys telling hospitals Apria will have new supply by Friday. Wow. And KCI is supposed to be the bad guys?
