So here we all are.........Now that Tron has left the organization we can only wonder what our new leader Gersen has in store? I am hoping that he can take a closer look at building #1 and current non value added by Morton. Matt certainly has this under control and will work this out.The Area Owner Pon is doing a great job it seems although she has a tendency to try to dictate and control other areas (PMO) and make complaints that result in employee rotations that only hurt PMO output. Thus company profit.

Gershwin has driven away so many of our competent people with his bad vibe that there's almost no-one left except the scum-ring around the toilet bowl, but yo-ho-ho! we still have and KR, CM don't we? They even make Dumb and Dumber look smart!

Megatron didn't leave, he was disagreeing with the powerful almighties too much. He was suited and booted. Big mouth matt somehow went from engineer department to management department because he's an elite bull$#!tter. He will stick it out with this company for the mean green they're throwing his way. Morten is stressing out, it's showing on his skin. So much drama at that position, his cortisol levels are probably going to give his little heart a beating until he leaves. Pawn always acted like she was the boss because if she doesn't, people walk all over her. You can't be too nice to production, they are still in high school (forever). Hopefully the powers that change the company will realize sooner than later that the area owner position isn't necessary. The planner will easily pick up the pieces when the area owner position is eliminated. Production should be like adults and KNOW what cell/area to work in everyday. Every year, more b.s. to deal with at this place no what building i've worked in. I see it as the bosses are maximizing profits while weeding out that non hackers.

If they really want profits to go up, they need massive layoffs again. Get rid of the A.O. position. Get rid of production people that are slow, incompetent. Get rid of people are don't learn, just repeat the same mistakes. Get rid of people that seem to walk around a lot, because they don't really have much WORK to do. That goes for managers and team leaders that are LAZY!!!!!!!!!
 






Hah I remember that area owner. She used to be thin and decent looking. Now she's chunky with big fake b00bs. People adapt to their surroundings. If you were stuck in a position where those around you bombarded you with immaturity, you won't stay attractive and healthy for very long. What's the point? They don't make any effort. Why should you?

They won't get rid of area owners. The bosses ARE and always HAVE BEEN lazy. The A.O.'s are the eyes and ears for them. That's why they act like they're powerful. They pick on some people less than others. If the A.O.'s were gone, the planner and team leaders would have to work more. Do you think anyone there wants to work more for the same pay?
