What a joke, all while oncology leadership has been driving junk down our throats (inclusive leadership, SVC, VBS blah blah blah) they have been running six sigma projects on how to cut our jobs. Six sigma black belt here. We basically excel in optimizing futility, and maximizing misery.

So if you don't like it, just go. It is one of our metrics.

Oh, and by the way, we also measure resistance to Six Sigma. So be aware. Gestapo tactics.

I will second that.

I would also add where hiring some overpriced consulting guru from Harvard goes a long way too. We are being eaten alive by these self-interested parasites. Maybe Eli Lilly and Company has chagas.
