1) continued generic erosion of our one and only product
2) Zero specifics on what the Omni marketing plan is going forward
3) I’m guessing no additional compensation for those still here for covering a much larger territory. (Glad to still have a job for now but being realistic.. based on the territory sizes other companies would be shelling out more money to their reps but this isn’t other companies is it?)
5) zero communication from middle and upper management (what’s left of them anyway)
4) If you’re a smart and forward thinking individual hit the job boards as much as those who were recently displaced.. your number may be up in 6-12 months if Pfizer purchases us.
