Let’s face reality - Legacy GNE reps won’t be affected.

I can think of at least 4 divisions where the existing GNE DM’s hired their buddies and have favored them with the obvious best territories since day one. They are protected and don’t have a care in the world. The newbies felt I welcomed since the beginning and the managers and reps would make us feel that way making off the wall comments we wouldn’t possibly understand because we weren’t Legacy reps. The Legacy reps on my team are lazy and poor excuses for workers yet they get every opportunity presented to them before anyone else. This obvious favoritism is beyond anything I have seen at any other corporation.
