Is there a cap on how much of a goal Ozempic MS a territory needs, while receiving Major Rybelsus Goal Increases?
I mean 35%, 40%, 50%???
40% in a huge Volume territory, and get paid below target.
Seems right.

(All while shitty territories are goaled @ 20% or lower, with tiny volumes)

What about the puppet show in that amazing east region. When did they stop hiring leaders and just hire puppets? No one is allow to be a free thinker anymore. It’s this way or the highway. Scratching your head? You should be banging it against a wall. Free thinking isn't an option. All the puppets are afraid to speak up because they will regret it, so much for the retaliation policy. Difficult and a know-it-all, just to be clear, will be your new badge of honor. So much for speaking up and valuing everyones opinion, you will be chastised. Which means your mouth will halt any promotions, LTI, advancement, special positions or doing conferences. You will be labeled, branded and a marked person for speaking up--because speaking up is considered speaking out. There is nothing aMAZING about it, and everyone is operating out of fear. People have been on the inside looking out and now some of the same are on the outside looking in, because they chose integrity. Very sad state of affairs and she refuses to see it. Such a disappointment, truly not the person she led us to believe she was. :(
 
















What no way!! You should be the 1st to book and execute 2-4 programs, create a tracker for each, follow up on all attendees weekly and then find a way to prove the value of the program!!!

Oh wait, maybe it was the fact that you started calling on them once a week that got you the business.....

Anyway. Be sure to justify your bullshit and get your name in lights so you can bask in the praise of the RBD and VP. And be sure to sprinkle some ERG and D&I on the events!!! :)

Dear Back Door,

they are simply stating some of the unnecessary things reps do at NNI. They are not being negative. And, despite NNI screwing the pooch on so many practices, are they always to remain “positive” about anything and everything that happens at Novo?

Next, not being negative but, every suggestion to rectify certain issues at Novo have been met with, everything’s fine or a simple dismissal that there could be anything wrong at Novo...
