No one outside of the NE gives a crap about Marcia or Brittany.

We were all jthe casualty of poor decision making starting at the top with Fleming ! No pipeline got us here. Promoting 2 duds from someone else got us here. The reps are all better off being thrown off this ship before it sunk!

Their reputation will be permanently damaged by this, that’s on them.

It wouldn’t be modern day Galderma without a delay in important corporate communications. When they tell you you’ll get something, (severance info) plan on it being late , it’s who they are now!

Go slay the job market & leave the train wreck in your rear view!
 




It’s the price to pay for dumb decision making of sticking around. It was a lazy decision and you knew this day would come. It’s your fault for not being proactive. Can’t deny that.

Let’s be honest no one cares about them period. Did Marcia know this was coming or was she just as surprised as everyone else?
 












Those of us that were laid off are the lucky ones. Think of the small team hanging on and trying to steer this sinking ship. Everyone was blindsided, including MS, BY, and PF. Personally looking forward to a more positive working environment at another company that values my contribution.

You talk like many weren’t already actively interviewing elsewhere & or hadn’t recently got out. We all saw the sinking ship, Flem just lit the Mf on fire too! We’ll be just fine but thanks for your thoughtful insights!!

The pkgs are shit… starting at 2 wks for ‘22 hires and more for those with more tenure. Insurance thru end of Nov & some help from employment services company…
