How does David S. still have a job? Kicked out of several hospitals and clinics, treats his reps completely inappropriately, lies and has had so many HR infractions that I have lost count with. I just don't understand why upper management keeps quiet while we continue to lose great reps under his management. I give up and need to start interviewing.

Really, really, really wish I knew the answer to this. I've never seen a person get so many "chances" in my life. He is by far the worst manager I've ever had in terms of understanding the industry, sales strategies, and overall intelligence.

Why hasn't MM dealt with this? Is she too busy sucking up or just sucking.........

She is just as big a problem. Two people in the whole region know what is going on and are intelligent and that is TC and PS....everyone else is a complete and total dildo. Frankly, I'm not sure how DS ever got the job in the first place.
