Leaving

People are seeing the insane budgets being set by uniformed and delusional management and getting the hell out I’d dodge.

Budgets? You mean sales attainment goals? Go to someone else's board where you can start up something so irrelevant. We are fine over here and our sales goals this year will be better in line with a far superior product than our competitors. Teva is actually paying additional bonus money out in a few weeks in a lump sum payment for achieving sustainability and growth from 2021. Not many companies out there in today's world do that, especially since we just received our final Q-4 bonus a few weeks ago..

It’s a cowardly way of trying to keep people from leaving. Over goal everyone, mess with the numbers, then payout a true up to look like an honest company. Instead, maybe bring everyone that has been loyal up in salary. Never mind, that would require them to show loyalty back.

Updating resume

Glad to hear that you are leaving! As the new top gun Austedo rep in town, I think we both realize that there is room for only one of us. Since it looks like Uzedy is months away, it’s time for you to go. You can go quietly and accept your fate, or we can do this the hard way. I would much rather see you leave and go to another company, than have to run you out. Your choice.

Well first the company needs to keep you on payroll for 5-6 months before they can lay you off. They can't lay you off right away because of unemployment insurance purposes and lawsuits. Teva, when they lay you off makes your severance contingent on you weekly filing of unemployment. Teva needs to give you 90 day notice. Which if to happen will be roughly around June. That is the deadline to cut your division and not have to do a reorg with other divisions. After that, everyone is at risk. Uzedy was never supposed to sell austedo because the uzedy team had another drug to sell in March next year with Medicell. The uzedy team is basically a Teva/Medicell sales team as NP and NS is all teva. Uzedy to sell austedo is new and probably to buy time. Time to find out if teva has the data for site problems with uzedy or if they have to do a whole new trial, keep uzedy reps after the June deadline and break the contract with Medicell, or have you guys sell austedo until the other new drug comes out in March 2023, etc etc. It's hard to say because it mostly depends on how much money teva wants to lose holding onto uzedy reps. Adding reps to austedo is not profitable since they cut thier austedo sales team (experienced austedo reps) 6 months ago to keep the divisions profitable. So, there was no plan to have uzedy reps sell austedo. This is what teva is doing until they figure out what to do with uzedty data for the fda, keep or break the contract with Medicell, or who knows. Either way, we will know uzedy reps and Medicell's future with teva by end of Q2.

I believe this may be spot on. Poster seems to have great insight.

Say what you will, but losing a second ABD like this tells you all you need to know about the new Teva leadership. Sven came in to save dollars...the smart ones left Teva, the other smart ones are trying to get out. The naive stay.
