Leaving soon - Bonus??

If I left the company in the next few weeks would I receive my FULL and ACCURATE bonus for Q2? Of course I am assuming NO.

No, the bonus period has been extended to November. Therefore you will get the prorated bonus of the time you worked in the field. I am assuming your hospital. Not sure if retail bonus period has been extended.

Asking for retail.

Q2 just ended. Can I assume I will be paid my full bonus for Q2 and then prorated for current Q3 once those amounts are calculated and administered by payroll? A friend of mine left several months ago said she never received a bonus after the next payout. Weird.

If you want to get the full bonus for a quarter, you must be ON THE PAYROLL for two days into the next quarter. By ON THE PAYROLL, I mean that you can give your two weeks notice, of course they are going to tell you not to work...but if the final day of your two weeks notice lands two days into the next quarter, you'll get the full bonus for the previous quarter. Recently did it myself. :)

Don't anticipate that giving two weeks notice will keep you "on the payroll" for two weeks. More than likely, giving your notice will end your employment as soon as your direct manager is able to close you out. If they're local, you may get closed out that very day. Wait until the quarter is over to leave. That's the only way to guarantee your payout.
