Yes a lot have left recently. You give notice. Someone will call you to ship back your stuff. Just give your two weeks, Shire is being shitty with people who don't. Regardless when you start

Be careful. Two people recently left my region, one was treated fine the other was retaliated against. Both subject to the same non compete.

I already left and am not worried about Shire’s selfish scare tactics. My attorney said Shire can’t and won’t do anything due to these 2 main points: 1) Less than 10% of OBU reps are making goal so Shire is intentionally limiting reps income potential and it’s obvious as this 10% is well below industry standards. 2) Shire is being acquired by Takeda and Takeda has stated, in multiple public documents, that it will divest OBU.

Now move on and get out!

Well aren't you smart enough to cut and past from one thread to another.

The ONLY reps shire is going after are those who are trying to be paid by 2 companies at the same time.
They must do this so they can get out of paying salary to a rep who is being paid elsewhere. They will not have to pay anyone who is working fulltime for another company.

If you're not double dipping they will let you go peacefully.

Its been posted time & again on these boards. Just do the right thing.

You cannot selectively enforce an agreement we all signed. People that Left left at different times because they were hired at different times. A few gave notice the day they started at another company, some a week, some two. Two weeks is not required by law, and double dipping is not illegal. Retaliation and discrimination IS ILLEGAL and this reeks of that.

It’s not illegal. But shire will win the suit if you are asking them to pay out a two week notice if you are working full time elsewhere. You cannot work for two companies full time. Period.

Ok, I get this but how come some reps give notice and the ZD & RD tell them to work out 2 week notice and then there are some ZD & RD that right after given notice they tell them to go home and to NOT see customers. Then they want to check you out ASAP (HZ!)! So you get punished for doing the right thing and nobody wants to be out of insurance for 2 weeks. Shire plays favorites and there are no set of strict rules they follow. Typical shire

You dont get punished. You get paid, your insurance and car are there for you until your last day of employment. but dont have to make calls.

HZ definitely does what he wants, makes his own rules, and tries to be “tough guy” by using a position of power. Nobody likes him and this has contributed to massive exit from his region. He will try to spin it that all leaving were poor performers; this not factual and he should stop with the character assassination and show some professional respect.

HZs region is being decimated. There's been numerous people leaving in the last few months/weeks. You are correct that nobody likes him or respects him and the local RD is his clone. Team doesn't trust her (for good reason) or like her and everyone is looking... God knows I am.

Fake news! HZ is well respected by the sales team! The reps that left were all bottom feeders.
