i left the meeting confused . we filled out a survey 6 months ago that many stated we dont trust upper mgmt, they are not tranparent or accountable and they created a toxic culture.
So why were the reps run through endless wizzle wassal exercises on trust, collaboration,etc.
Its not us its you MT, HO and others that need to change your ways. The collaboration issues are at your level and at home office where upper mgmt is fighting for their scraps of importance between all the newly created mgmt layers and the competing mgmt teams.

I loved MT declaration that he is innocent of all charges. I dont even know what he was talking about but he certain sounded guilty of whatever it was. ( i did not have sex with that women. I am not a crook.)Im going into my hospitals and will try their crying strategy that was clearly oversold.

Its 45-55 dollar stock. What is MT confused about. It is already valued properly.

Is there anyway MNK would give us all back? We used to have fun and everyone was excited to go to our nsm, now it's become excruciating painful to attend these and listen to these idiots who ruined a once great company.

The reason you have to do all the trust, collaboration and other ridiculous crap is because you dared speak up (even if it was an anonymous survey). Management (can't say they are leaders) can't have this feedback without acting on it.

This provides management an opportunity to hire consultants and HR can check a box for a year long initiative to improve culture and performance.

They are never going to look in the mirror and admit that they are part of the problem and you can bet that HR will not push back at management.

Welcome to bullshit busy work, meetings, trust exercises, accountability training, etc.

You see, they win either way. Either you all embrace this and things change perceptually or you get fed up and just tell them what they want to hear and survey scores go up.

They are the whole problem. How unprofessional to skirt the blame on the sales representatives when they are the ones that should be creating a better working environment and company culture. Puttti g the blame on the reps was the last straw.

Yes we had our issues, but the people who used to come on this trash site and bitch were the lazy bastages that wanted to keep getting paid without growing the business. The bottom of the bucket is leaking, and it is about to fall out.
