Don't do it! I recently left BMS for another company. I was a high performer at virtually no risk for a layoff, but I left voluntarily because honestly, BMS is a mess. The internal rot is not obvious from the outside. Takeda and BMS are just opposite sides of the same coin. Don't go to BMS. ...You've been warned!
