Most of us at Luitpold got between 75K-85K base to launch SPRIX. Being better paid than you D-S reps has obviously made many of you angry.
Stop your whining - the pros at Luitpold will get the launch of SPRIX accomplished within the metrics established by management.
D-S reps are minor league players at best.

High Base Salaries? You have got to be kidding! This whole company is sub-standard in every way: low base,horrible insurance benefits and No leadership at any level except to micro -manage the hell out of you. I guess this would be a decent choice right out of college to get some experience and then Quickly move on ! If DS is jealous of this kind of treatment -God Help us all!!
 
























Hi, I'm Pfizer we do not micromanage--ahah, because we supermicromanage--much better.

Every week ridelaongs for the first 3 weeks and the managers are in the field Monday-Friday. Yes, we believe in family here. Quit drinking the b.s. Koolaide your making in the home office--allright. Thow a little jack in there.

Here Here. I'm collecting a paycheck and interviewing every day. I can't wait to leave this junior varsity "B" team in pharma. Thanks D.M.'s for riding with me every week and then having your superior manager ride with me the next week as well. Why don't you stay home and do the circle jerk instead of at the hotel. Hey Daniel Trump, DSI owns everything. DSI Japan, DSI US, Looserpold. With the strength of the Yen these days our contribution is going to hell. Expect things to get very tight to make up for the exchange loss.
 












We have been to the Looserpold website and everyone who works there hates it and you guys have screwed the reps over with no business cards, no visual aides, no dosing cards, ride alongs every week, no samples, b.s. conference calls, do not call the home office, exaggerated quota's, reps do not trust the home office, --yeah the worst company to work for in America--guaranteed.

No reps will even get a bonus the 2nd quarter--like the entire sales force is not interviewing and dialing 9-1-1 to get out right now.
