Lease expiring

My location's lease expires the end of this month, but corporate so far has'nt notified me approval of renewal.
Is this normal?

But.....at the end of this month, it will be one year since they closed my location. This is our last chance to give it another go.
What puzzles me is, that they buy locations elsewhere.and then shut me down without so much as a kiss goodbye.

Well, you will have some warning. They can't close your location overnight.
