Learning Curves? CSR Feedback

What are the biggest learning curves for those of you that have taken the CSR position with no previous OR experience?

Did you feel confident when you completed your CAST training?

What are some things you had to learn on your own to be successful and not look like an idiot in front of your customers?

thank you for the feedback

Hardest part is learning the procedures inside and out. CAST is more sales training. The only way to learn the procedures is to watch them and ask lots of questions from your experienced surgeons. There are a ton of you tube videos of robotic procedures...I'd start there. The only way to have an intelligent conversation w/ your docs, is to be able to give them value. The only way you can add value is if you know how the instrumentation can best be used during each part of the procedure. It takes time...

Wait a minute, am I reading this correctly? Intuitive is now hiring people with no OR sales experience?
