Ya'll can try to guess how this is all going to shake out but learn from all the previous Pharma cuts. What Novartis says it will do is just a legal script to cover their ass. What happens in reality will make no sense at all. People will be cut who are good and reps will stay that suck, etc, etc. Quit trying to figure it out! If all the 1000's of cutbacks haven't been enough proof for you on the random-ness of this maybe go see someone?? It's fun watching the panic!
