You’ve got some leaders in this organization who need an attitude adjustment and could learn a lot by taking a course on “how to treat your team and others” with respect. Absolutely appalling how some of these people talk to those under them (or should I say beneath them).
Just because you have a title, whether it’s Manager, Director, VP, etc, it doesn’t mean you treat people like crap.
