When will Alkermes realize that just because someone is a good sales person or account manager that does not mean they would be a good manager or leader. Most people leave a job not due to their job but because of their boss. We are losing a lot of people because of our managers and directors.

People don’t leave companies because of the company....they leave because of their manager. Alkermes should change the title to DBM. There are no leaders here.
