Leadership

Stryker has had challenges like any other company, but leadership has never been one of them. From JB to current day Leaders, ethics have always been at the forefront of Stryker Leadership. This core value is embodied in the Sales Reps. The argument at the 18:00 mark purposefully misrepresents this.
PH is know for his passion to help the customers and support HCPs both from a technical stand point and in some instances as a mentor. The so called attorney making this argument is a mess, and can't even form complete sentences. The judge literally has to keep correcting her, and helping her with her dissertation. She sounds drunk.

The only thing embodied in Stryker reps is steroids.

Not even sure what PPD is. That was not the point. The example is just one of many that have occurred over the past several years involving those charged with leadership and their unethical actions and how the culture at Stryker has changed.

In this particular example if you read through the email exchange between leadership, no rationale person would do business with them or chose to be lead by them- turns out the judges and the jury agreed.

This isn't JB's Stryker. If you have been around longer than 10-15 years you know that. If you really believe that you must be drunk on the Kool-aid, all the facts point to the contrary. Don't put PH up at that level and devalue your only valid point which is that it is difficult to listen to that attorney- still doesn't change that fact that what she says is factually accurate.

Hey now.... save that stuff for the AZ boys, you’re gonna need it.

Call it what you will but same characters as above acting again...great decisions... awesome leaders.

Latest moves are signs of outstanding leadership. Trash is being taken out and karma is rearing its head. Company is about to hit another gear and these changes are great for business.

PH is unethical, narcissist. Total ego monster

Unfortunately there are substantial documented records and evidence of the management level of incompetency is already in existence, yet you guys continue to brag about none value added issues. This industry as a whole just floating like NYSE , one day is great one day not so good, so the management is learning to adapt itself and continue to keep the ship moving along

Interesting listen starting around minute 18:00....makes you wonder about how the business is run behind the scenes and the character of those running it....

Who cares. Talking about character and ethics when a distributor is anywhere near the conversation is hilarious. Distriburor’s are the WORST thing to ever happen to medical devices. NO ONE operates farther outside the lines of legality and ethics than distributors. What a joke
