On Med Reps, this is being listed as a job that pays 120-200k. Is this fantasy as most recruiter listings are or are there people doing that here?

What division are they referring too? I would bet if we were making 120K-200K we wouldn't have 25+ sales openings and many of us looking for a company willing to pay what they say they will.

Too funny, I just spoke to a candidate that wanted some insight into the company, comp plan etc... The person was told by the recruiter base pay range was 55-75K and 135K at plan. Unless I am missing something that at plan # is well above the current (3rd) comp plan this year.

Heard from credible source today that the idiot VP's are now getting EQUITY. Was it not bad enough that the last President left with 7 figures after destroying the company and now Guido's neck is on the line and he is buying off the VP's to drive these insane numbers.
